LUX V SOCIETYTORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA

TERMS OF ADMISSION

A private invitation.
Considered terms.

These terms concern The LuX V Society Ball, organized by LuX V Inc., on Saturday, March 20, 2027, from 6:00 PM to Midnight, Toronto time, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The exact venue address is privately disclosed to confirmed guests on March 10, 2027. The dress code is Strict Black Tie.

Private invitation and approval

Attendance is by private invitation and approval only. An inquiry, referral or invitation alone does not constitute a paid reservation or guarantee admission. Admission requires organizer approval and a valid ticket or admission confirmation issued through the authorized ticketing process.

Price and payment confirmation

Founding Patron Admission is CAD $75,000 per guest. The organizer must disclose whether taxes and fees are included or added, identify any additional charges, and show the total payable in Canadian dollars before payment. No additional benefits or services should be assumed unless expressly included in the purchase terms provided to you.

Payments are handled through the authorized ticketing provider and its payment processor. Retain your order confirmation and the terms supplied with it. If payment appears to have been taken without confirmation, contact the private office before paying again. An inquiry acknowledgement is not a payment confirmation.

Personal tickets and transfers

Admission is personal to the approved guest named on the ticket or admission record. Do not assume that a purchase admits a substitute guest. Contact the private office before any name change, transfer or resale; a replacement guest requires approval. The organizer must provide the final rules for permitted transfers, identification checks, deadlines and any charges before purchase. Keep tickets and admission codes private.

Guest cancellations and refunds

A guest cancellation and refund policy has not been provided for publication. Before accepting payment, the organizer must specify whether cancellations are refundable, applicable deadlines and time zone, any deductions or non-refundable fees, the request process, and the refund method and timeframe. This page does not establish a non-refundable sale or promise a refund beyond applicable legal rights. Request the confirmed policy before purchasing.

Cancellation, postponement and material changes

The organizer must provide the procedure for notifying guests of cancellation, postponement or a material change, together with available remedies, refund eligibility, treatment of fees, response deadlines and expected processing time, before accepting payment. Do not assume automatic transfer to another date or acceptance of a material change. Statutory rights continue to apply. For event inquiries or a change affecting your attendance, contact staff@luxliqs.com.

Safety, conduct and accessibility

Guests must observe Strict Black Tie, follow lawful venue and security instructions, and treat other guests and staff respectfully. Harassment, violence and unlawful conduct are unacceptable. Reasonable measures may be taken to address safety concerns, including refusal of entry or removal where lawful. The organizer must disclose any specific screening or identification requirements and the consequences for payment before purchase.

Contact the private office before purchase about accessibility or accommodation needs. The organizer must confirm relevant venue accessibility information and discuss reasonable accommodation consistent with applicable Ontario human rights and accessibility requirements. Do not assume any particular facility or service without confirmation. Avoid sharing unnecessary medical details.

Discretion, photography and recording

Respect the privacy of other guests. Do not publicly share the privately disclosed venue address, other guests’ invitation details or admission codes. Obtain permission before photographing or recording another guest or publishing their identity or professional information. These expectations do not restrict lawful reporting or the exercise of legal rights.

Any organizer-arranged photography or recording and intended uses must be explained to guests, with consent obtained where required. Admission does not constitute unrestricted publicity consent. Tell the private office about photography preferences before attending. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.

Responsibility and applicable rights

Guests are responsible for their own conduct, for providing accurate admission information and for safeguarding personal belongings. LuX V Inc. remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. Nothing on this page excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, waives statutory consumer rights or excuses negligence where liability applies. Any additional contractual liability provisions must be disclosed before payment and comply with applicable law.
